Oh no! My name is too long and won't fit in the box!
You may have noticed that all personalized text forms have a character limit counter and as you fill in your text, the counter winds down. We have a character limit mainly for aesthetic reasons. We don't want to squeeze really long text with 30 characters or so in an emblem or tight space. If your name is just a little longer than the character limit, you can email us and let us know. We will be happy to tweak that for you. Just send us an email first (with your name and product/size you're interested in) and we will let you know how to proceed with the order. When will I receive my product?
Thank you so much for your order! Since our products are customized and made to order, we do not stock ready-to-ship inventory. Production will typically take 4-5 days (metal signs can sometimes take a little bit longer), while shipping will take another 4-7 days (depending on your location). In general, you can expect your personalized product to arrive approximately after 8-12 days of making a purchase. Made in USA & Ships from USA!
How can I track my product after it has shipped?
You will receive a tracking number in your email when your product is ready to be shipped. The tracking information is automatically updated periodically. You will be sent an email to notify you when your package is delivered. Yay!
In the rare event that shipping is delayed beyond the time frame as stated on the product page, please email us at: orders@vividcreationsandgifts.com. Write 'Delayed Shipping' in the Subject line. Mention your tracking and order number and we will help track the shipment for you.
Help! I received a damaged product in the mail.
Oh no! We're so sorry about that. We will be happy to assist you in replacing the product if it arrived damaged during shipping. Or you can request a refund. No need to return the item.
Please email us at: orders@vividcreationsandgifts.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Write 'Damaged Product' in the Subject line. Include your name, order number, the email used for billing, a photo of the damaged or defective product, and photos of the shipping label / packaging in your email. We will work on replacing your wall art right away or proceed with a refund if you prefer.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once production starts as these are custom-made products. If you contact us within an hour of placing an order, we can try to cancel your order IF design or production has not begun on your product. You would need to send us your order number at orders@vividcreationsandgifts.com OR please use the Contact Page
Do you provide international shipping?
Thank you for your interest! Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside the United States.
We currently offer shipping only within the continental United States (lower 48).
What is your refund policy?
If your product arrives damaged during shipping or due to manufacture error (incorrect order processing etc), you can choose to request a refund or a replacement of the product. No need to return the item.

Include your name, order number, the email used for billing, a photo of the damaged or defective product, and photos of the shipping label and packaging. We will work on replacing your wall art right away or issuing a refund.
