Refund policy
Cancellations:
- No Cancellations: Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once production starts as these are custom-made products. Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing and preparing your item for production. Please double-check all personalized details, including spelling, size, and color, before placing your order. Also, ensure you measure the area where your artwork will hang.
Refunds and Replacements:

Refund or Replacement for Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, or with an error in production, we would be happy to look into the matter for you. You can choose to request either a replacement for the damaged product or request a refund. Please note: Item will not be replaced nor refund issued due to customer error. So please check your personalization and product/ order details before placing the order.
- How to Request a Replacement or Refund: To request a replacement or refund, please email us at orders@vividcreationsandgifts.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Write 'Damaged Product' in the Subject line. Include your name, order number, the email used for billing, a photo of the damaged or defective product, and photos of the shipping label and packaging.
- No need to return the item.
